CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE NOTICE

Canceling and/or rescheduling your appointment with 

less than 48 hour notice

 can reult in a charge of half the amount of the scheduled appointment.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked and will require a deposit for future bookings.

PLEASE NOTE… 

Arriving 15 minutes or later to any appointment type is considered a “no-show” and at your stylist’s discretion, they may either: 

 1. attempt to provide the service in the time remaining

 2. decide to forfeit the appointment (resulting in rescheduling + a charge of the full amount of the service booked).

Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.

Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

GUESTS OF GUESTS

While we adore the littles and fur babies, we ask that any guest of a booked client stay home, unless they are also being serviced. This includes newborns, toddlers, kids, teens, significant others, friends, and pets. If the booked client is a minor, one parent or legal guardian may be present during the service if desired, but it is not required. Any minor booked for services must be well-mannered, and able to sit still during their service. Please plan accordingly.

Due to the nature of our business, we work with very sharp and very hot tools, long cords, and chemicals. Therefore, guests can make it difficult to navigate spaces and services without potential accidents.

CELL PHONES

In order to keep everyone’s experience at Hive comfortable, please use headphones while enjoying videos and limit phone calls and/or FaceTimes to emergencies only.

LASTLY,

If for any reason you would like an adjustment made after your completed service, requests must be made within seven (7) days of the original appointment. Requests for adjustments after seven (7) days of your service will be scheduled and charged for a new service.
